IF YOUR ADDRESS HAS NOT CHANGED SINCE THE 2020-2021 SCHOOL YEAR YOU WILL NOT NEED TO UPLOAD ANY RESIDENCY DOCUMENTS DURING REGISTRATION. HOWEVER, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO CERTIFY THIS INFORMATION.
Immunization Form 121 for the additional TDAP shot will still be required for all 7th graders.
